- Dissatisfied with Your Order (Returns & Refunds):
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as indicated by the shipping company) to return your product(s).
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
- Refunds for Unopened Products:
- You will receive a full refund for the item value (as listed on your invoice) using the original payment method.
- Exception: If you paid with Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, your refund will be issued in US dollars equivalent to the total order value on your invoice.
- Refunds for Opened Products: Opened products are only eligible for store credit, not a full refund. The store credit will reflect the item value as listed on your original invoice.
- Lost Shipment:
- rhizOHM's Responsibility Ends at Shipment: Once your order is handed over to a Courier, we are no longer liable for any delivery issues.
- Investigating Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows your order was never delivered, you'll need to contact the Courier directly to investigate.
- Filing a Claim: If the Courier confirms the package is lost, you will need to file a claim with them. We strongly recommend submitting your claim in writing via email for documentation purposes.
- Our Support: While we are not obligated to reship your order or offer a refund in cases of lost shipments, we may be able to assist. If you forward your claim emails with the Courier to our customer support team, we will review your case and may offer to reship your order or provide store credit at our sole discretion.
- Received the Wrong Item:
- Incorrect Item Return: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. You'll need to return the unopened and untampered item to us.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
- Replacement Process: Once we receive the incorrect item back in its original condition, we will promptly process your replacement order and ship the correct item to you.

- Order Confirmation vs. Processing: When you pay with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, your order will be processed immediately upon purchase. However, your order won't be prepared for shipment until it receives enough confirmations on its blockchain network to be considered irreversible. The number of confirmations required varies depending on the specific cryptocurrency used.
