Shipping Policy
- DEFINITIONS:
- “Seller” means RHIZOHM
- “Buyer” means the legal entity purchasing Goods from Seller.
- “Goods” means the products offered by Seller and/or purchased by Buyer.
- “Offer” means any quote, proposal, or offer to sell Goods provided by Seller to Buyer.
- “Order” means any purchase order or similar instrument issued by Buyer to Seller to purchase Goods.
- “Courier” means the shipping company that receives your order from rhizOHM and is responsible for delivering it to the address you provided during checkout.
- “Contract” refers to an agreement between the Seller and Buyer in exchange for the sale of Goods.
- Speedy Delivery to Your Doorstep:
- rhizOHM prioritizes getting your kratom to you quickly and safely.
- Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment (except for rare occasions when we have an unexpected flood of orders).
- Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (rhizOHM retains the right to choose the Courier regardless of what you have chosen as long as the delivery time is the same or earlier than the Courier you have selected).
- We understand you're eager to receive your kratom, and we do everything we can to expedite the process on our end. However, please note that Courier delivery times may vary depending on their processing and transit schedules, which are outside of our control.
- Track Your Package with Ease:
- We provide complete transparency throughout the delivery process. Each order receives a unique Courier tracking number, emailed to you directly. This allows you to conveniently track your package's progress and estimated arrival date. If you ever have trouble locating your tracking number, our friendly customer support team is happy to help you find it.

- Discreet Packaging for Your Privacy:
- Your privacy is important to us. We utilize recycled boxes (amazon, etc), ensuring no rhizOHM logos or kratom-related markings are visible on the exterior.
- Additionally, the shipping label uses "RO" as the sender.
- Secure Packaging for Safe Travels:
- Our dedicated shipping team ensures your kratom products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Each item is sealed in airtight, resealable rhizOHM packaging for maximum freshness and protection.
- In the rare instance you receive a product with damaged packaging, simply take a photo as proof and contact our customer support team for assistance and we will process your claim according to our Return Policy.
- Know Before You Order: Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, rhizOHM ships within the United States and any other location that has not explicitly banned the goods we sell.
- There are some states, cities, and counties with kratom bans in place, and we are unable to deliver to these locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS), Denver (CO), and San Diego (CA). Additionally, kratom is prohibited in various countries, including Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam. (this is not an exhaustive list, there may be other bans we are not aware of)
- Special Shipping Requests and Support:
- Our accommodating shipping team will do their best to fulfill any reasonable shipping notes included with your order. However, please note that they cannot ship to alternate addresses or people listed in the notes section.
